What areas of your life are you unhappy with, Career, Money, Relationships, Fun & Recreation etc? If all of these areas in your life are great, you don’t. If not…

What does a coach do?

A professional coach will assist you in getting from where you are today to where you want to get to. They will work with you at your own pace to assist you make the decisions or changes you want to make.

How many sessions are necessary?

Anywhere from one session to six, as a rule you should be on the right track after 3 or 4.

Can someone else sit in with me?

It’s up to you. We will be discussing your situation, so if you’re happy we are.

What if I feel after the first session that I don’t want to continue?

You will! Not to worry, if you are not happy to continue for whatever reason we will respect your decision and refund any monies owed.

Can I talk to a coach before booking an appointment?

Of course…we recommend it.

How early in advance do I need to cancel appointments?

To enable us to offer the appointment time to another client, please give 48hours notice.

Is there an age-limit for any of the programmes/services?

Between 16 and 61 – there are no age barriers to coaching; I coach my 5 and 9-year-old children (when they listen to me!)
